In Wii Music zullen ongeveer 50 muzieknummers zitten, daarvan zijn er nu 48 bekend geworden. De lijst is grotendeels nu dus bekend, echter moet je er wel rekening mee houden dat deze lijst gebaseerd is op de Japanse versie van de game. In Europa zullen er nog wat veranderingen optreden.
